
File and print sharing services
Linux is the system of choice to bring together the different architectures.
A Linux server can control a multitude of shares services:
- SMB service(Microsoft®) connects the server to Windows® stations emulating a Microsoft server. MacOSX® and Linux® stations are also able to connect via SMB.
- AFP service (Apple®) connects the server to MacOSX® stations emulating a Apple® server.
- NFS service (UNIX/LINUX/FreeBDS). UNIX®, Linux® et MacOSX® can connect with this protocol
