Zarafa® is a groupware solution natively supports MAPI.

Webmail and its direct interfacing with Outlook® make it the closest GPL alternative to Microsoft Exchange®. The open source solution Z-push® ensuring compatibility with smartphones and Pocket PC with ActiveSync®.
